March; Thursday 8th and Wednesday 28th , April; Wednesday 4th Friday 20th, May; Saturday 5th  and Monday 21st (June July August - rainy season, best to look at treks like Mustang or Dolpa) September; Thursday 1st and Saturday 17th, October; Wednesday 5th and Saturday 15th, November; Wednesday 7th and Saturday 24th, December; Wednesday 12th.

8 clients per guide and assistant guide. Larger groups will have further assistant guides according to their size.

Itinerary 

Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival (1300m). You will be met on arrival by our English speaking guide and taken to your hotel.  We can either brief you about the upcoming trip on arrival at the hotel or later in the evening.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla Flight, Short flight from Lukla. Trek to Phakding (2610m).   Followed by about 4 hours of trekking.  A relatively easy trek through Chaurikharka village and descent towards Dudhkoshi Ghat (2,530m/8,300ft). The trail follows the bank of the Dudhkoshi River until Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft), where we will stay for the night to acclimatize.

Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 10-12 km of trekking, which will take approximetly 6 hours.  Rivers and bridges followed by a tough climb on this stage.  First glimpse of Everest when we reach Namche Bazaar.

Day 4: Namche Bazaar and Acclimatization Day (3340m). Optional 2 hour hike to Everest view point. Check out the Sherpa museum, shop for trekking stuff or just chill out. On Saturdays there’s a bazaar here.

Day 5: Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche/ Tengboche (3860m). 10 Km trekking today, should take around 6 hours. Check out the breathtaking views of the Himalayas - Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kwangde along the route.  At Tengoboche prepared to be amazed with inspiring views, and to be spiritually sustained at the Tengboche Buddhist monastery.

Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche (4410m). 11km trekking today which should take around 6 hours. Today will take us through rhododendron forests and the largest Sherpa village in the region.  Eat with locals and visit a monastery before heading out on a difficult afternoon trek to Dingboche.

Day 7: Acclimatization in Dingboche (4410m). You can rest or go out exploring the valleys of Chhukung and Imja. Rest is important today but the views of the high passes of Amphu Laptsa and Makalu National Park may prove too tempting!

Day 8: Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m)12km trekking today, around 7 hours.  The trekking become more challenging from here, altitude and steep passes make it so.  At Dungla we will pass memorials to climbers and trekkers who lost their lives on Everest.  Expect mountain terrain, amazing views and a cold night.

Day 9: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5140m) to EBC (5364m), Back to Gorakshep. 15Km of walking today, which will take around 8 hours.  Destination EBC is made today!  It starts relatively easy with the trek to Gorakshep.  The stage to EBC is straighter, uneven, and a tough trek over glacial moraine.  We will pass glaciers such as Khumba Glacier and experience beautiful scenery near the top of the world.  Before sunset we will descend to Gorekshep.

Day 10: Gorakshep to Kalapathar (5545m) to Pheriche (4240m) 13km trekking, will take around 6 hours.  We will rise and walk to Black Rock (Kalapathar) to watch the sunrise over Everest and its neighbouring peaks of Nuptse Nup, Changtse and Lhotse.  Then back to Gorekshep for breakfast and descend to Pheriche.

Day 11: Pheriche to Namche (3440m) via Tengboche (3860m) 15km of trekking, will take around 8 hours.  Mainly downhill, and relatively easy going compared to the rigours of the previous days.

Day 12: Namche to Lukla (2800m) 16km trekking, around 7 hours

Day 13: Lukla to Kathmandu. Flight time 35 minutes.  We’ll take you to your hotel and you can decide if you want rest or entertainment. We are happy to do whatever you want.

Option A...Days 14, 15, 16: Nuwakot village stay. Tented accommodation, campfire cooking, experience village life under Himalaya skies. Perfect way to chill out after physical and mental challenge of high altitude trekking. - additional $210 for 3 days

Option B... Days 14, 15, 16: Sightseeing. We can arrange any day excursion in and around Kathmandu.  Historical and cultural tours can be arranged with our local guides. Rest, relaxation and cultural experience days in Kathmandu.- additional cost

We will take you to the airport and ensure that you leave Nepal safely, with the experience of a life time safe in your heart.
