Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival (1300m)You will be met on arrival by our English speaking guide and taken to your hotel. We can either brief you about the upcoming trip on arrival at the hotel or later in the evening.
Day 2: Drive by tourist bus to Pokhara (900m). Have a relaxing evening ready for an early start to the trekking the next day.
Day 3: Drive to Nayapul (40min). Trek to Tikhedunga (1540m). About 3 hours realatively easy trekking today. We will be trekking trekking through Birithanui village and following the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola. The trek will climb steadily up the valley to Hille, then we reach Tikhedunga for the evening.
Day 4: Trek from Tikhedunga to Ghorepani (2860m). Around 5 hours trek today. Steep climb up rambling uneven stone steps through forests. We trek through the villages of Banthanti, towards Nangethanti before reaching our overnight stay at Ghorepani.
Day 5: Trek from Ghorepani to Tadapani (2630m). Early starts up a thousand steps to see the sunrise over the beautiful High Himalayas. Then back down to Ghorepani and onwards to Tadapani.
Day 6: Trek from Tadapani to Sinuwa(2360m). Around 5 hours trekking today. Steep downhill through Gurjung, the village of the Gurung people. Staying overnight at Sinuwa.
Day 7: Trek from Sinuwa to Himalaya Hotel (2920m). Around 6 hours trekking today.The trail drops to the Chhomrong Khola, through beautiful scenery, to the Himalaya Hotel.
Day 8: Trek from Himalaya to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) (3700m). Around 7 hours of trekking. Views of forests and glacial moraines.
Day 9: Trek from MBC to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) (4130m).
Day 10: Annapurna Base Camp to Dovan (2600m). Trekking about 5 hours today, downhill soeasier going today. Trek through Himalayan Hotel to Dovan.
Day 11: Dovan to Chhomrong (2170m). Around 4 hours trekking today. Through Bamboo, and forests of oak and rhododendron. A steep incline is followed by the stone staircase to Chhomrong.
Day 12: Trek to Sauli Bazar (1210m), Drive to Pokhara (900m). Enjoy a relaxing evening in a comfortable hotel in Pokhara.
Day 13: Drive by tourist bus to Kathmandu (1300m) We’ll take you to your hotel and you can decide if you want rest or entertainment. We are happy to do whatever you want.
Option A...Days 14, 15 16: Nuwakot village stay. Tented accommodation, campfire cooking, experience village life under Himalaya skies. Perfect way to chill out after physical and mental challenge of high altitude trekking.
Option B... Days 14, 15, 16: Sightseeing. We can arrange any day excursion in and around Kathmandu. Historical and cultural tours can be arranged with our local guides. Rest, relaxation and cultural experience days in Kathmandu.
We will take you to the airport and ensure that you leave Nepal safely, with the experience of a life time safe in your heart.
